ST. Tropez Waterfront Condominiums is the newest development in Sunny Isles Beach, first phase is 3 mediterranean towers with 270 residences in total.

ST. Tropez Waterfront Condominiums is planning to break ground in the first quarter of 2006, and to be completed in summer of 2008. ST. Tropez Waterfront Condominiums will feature retail space on the ground floors, amenities for the three buildings will be on the 5th floor.

Each tower of Saint Tropez Waterfront condominiums has 6 residences per floor, with identical floor plan. With exception of the penthouses which will be two units combined. Saint Tropez Waterfront condominiums will be 20 stories high.
