Asia luxurious residences located on Brickell Key was released on June 10 by Swire Properties, their last condominium project on Brickell Key. The luxurious ASIA tower will occupy a bayfront site overlooking the city skyline and the tip of the Miami River on the north side of Brickell Key. Projected for construction in July 2005, Asia condominium  project is 70 percent sold at the highest prices ever on Brickell Key, at an average unit price of $1.5 million. Total sell out of ASIA condos is forecast to be $ 200 million.
