The Venture Preconstruction is a another Related Group project, The Venture condos is located in Aventura with a modern colorful style that will set a new standard of living. The Venture condominium will be two buildings: 7 and 11 story condominium community offering 7 floor plans, club/social room with billiards, wine cellar, Cyber café and state of the art business center. The Venture Residences development will feature one building at 11 stories with 308 units and the other at seven stories with 192 units.
